The kukishin bo is taught here with proper speed and use of Kiai . The genbukan does it very similar but kukishin bojutsu and hanbo is not taught as it was in the Bujinkan today. Not sure if yawara is still taught.

Interesting that their JuJutsu style is rather a striking art. But I have alreay seen other old JuJutsu styles that have more striking techniques.

I like this video very much and I appreciate the videos you do give. I know the skills of kukishin Bo and Spear but I never seen kukishin hand to hand, and I must say I like this style very much or is is Tekagi yoshin? who is this soke? Hatsumi is the one I followed although there is still some Manaka, and some Tenemura. I specialize in Togakure and I love to pick up good effective skills from the other eight ryu. although I found that Togakure is a mixture of all the other schools of the Takamatsu den. thank you

This is takagi yoshin ryu from the densho. it is practiced in the bujinkan, the techniques are slightly different here in the way they are done but same techniques. They have also done few henka on densho here

Togakure ryu is. Made up by hatsumi so is the other schools he doesn't hold sokeship of Kukishinden takagi or shinden.fudo ryu

I believe this is the line of Fumon Tanaka but I am not 100% sure, but it's most certainly not related to Bujinkan.

@@dovidtauber3830 You're wrong from the start since Hatsumi received Togakure ryu, he didn't invent it. Also, Kukishinden is what is taught in Takamatsuden branches, not the main Kukishin ryu lineage. It's as separated as Kage ryu and Yagyu Shinkage ryu.let's not even mention the numerous soke who learned bojutsu from Kukishin ryu and then implemented some of its teaching in their own ryuha. If I remember well, Hontai Yoshin ryu did that.

search for Koryu schools in youtube ( like Takenouchi ryu, Hontai yoshin ryu, Sosuishi ryu or Yagyu shingan ryu) there are some Koryu traditions still being practiced.... not only Ju utsu but also BukiJutsu ( weapon arts)

@benharyo4 жыл бұрын
Yes, the original Takagi-ryu Jujutsu with Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu still exists in Japan, under the Kusuhara lineage. You can contact them here : www.takagiryu.com

They're not showing the complete technique. It's actually more complicated than it appears. There's a lot of ritualism involved, so what's been shown is the possibilities that exist within a technique. For starters the one that appears to be defeated is actually not.
