This is one of the best story ever told through music. The piano is the "carefree patient" which starts off cheerful and carefree. At certain parts of the song, the piano misses a beat or is off key which indicates the condition of the patient is getting to him/her. The last part of the song where the piano slows down and fades is a strong indication of what happened to the patient.

The beginning breaks my heart, with how it is bleak and joyful simultaneously; from that point after, everything spirals downwards. The the violin arrives, bringing an ominous intensity to accompany the piano and ambience; the piano begins to stumble thereafter. Finally, the violin takes a subtle, less intense turn, and the piano follows suit in tripping, then withering away. The artist put thought into this song. It shows.
