I totally agree. Takara's 1st mp combiner and it ends up a failure. One giant floppy mess.

I have to agree. I think the scale is too small for a MP collection... maybe for a Generations collection scale wise... they do the trains better, but I'm more about the robot modes and combined mode.. Moon Studio trounces these imo...

Mp robots actually are in scale and I really don't get the hate behind all these figures, they give off old-masterpiece vibes for me and I love that.

Honestly these seem to be getting worse with each release which is crazy. I expect a lot better from Takara, which really has me worried for the combined Raiden. The trains do look great but everything else fails badly. I imagine you can’t wait for the final figure so you can be done with these. 😂 Great review TM!

@@crazyaspe1926 I think there pretty neat too. The moon studios ones are too clean for my liking I like panel lines and robotic detail. But these also have to much kibble. personally I think a fusion between moon studios and Takara train bots would be perfect.

One of the worst releases by Takara. They should be ashamed of themselves... Im now SO much less confident in their ability to make an actual MP Combiner.

I love this set! Definitely picking them all up, this is what I want from masterpiece combiners- mp-2.0 style, realistic, scale vehicle modes and clever yet relatively simple transformations that homage their original source material (aka the old toys)
