Hello Everyone, welcome to another vlog on my channel!
In this video, we are traveling to Takdah, a beautiful offbeat destination in North Bengal, situated very near Darjeeling, the queen of hills. In my previous video, I shared my detailed experience in Ramdhura, another picturesque location in North Bengal. Today, we'll journey from Ramdhura to Takdah and explore all the sightseeing spots along the way.
Our first stop is Lover's Meet View Point, which offers a breathtaking view of the confluence of the Teesta and Rangeet rivers. Next, we visit the lush Peshok Tea Garden, followed by the serene Lamahatta Eco Park, located in Lamahatta, another hidden gem for tourists.
Lastly, we head to Gumbadara View Point, which provides a stunning panoramic view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, Sikkim's Namchi Chardham, the Teesta and Rangeet rivers, and sprawling tea gardens. After a day of sightseeing, we spend the night at the Takdah Heritage Colonial Bungalow No. 12. This aesthetic bungalow, built by the British in 1911, has stood tall for over 100 years, offering a vintage appearance that holds historical significance. If you travel to Takdah, I highly recommend staying here for a night to soak in its charm.
Apart from Takdah, you can also visit Tinchuley, another offbeat destination located very close to Takdah and Lamahatta. In this video, I've tried to share my honest review and experience, along with all the necessary information you need for a beautiful journey if you plan on visiting these places.
