Well you've made one popular mistake. There are two cities called Olsztyn in Poland and both of them have nice castles. The first one is located in nothern-eastern Poland in region called Warmia. This one was property of bishops of Warmia. The second one is located in southern Poland in region called Małopolska (Lesser Poland) near border with region called Śląsk (Silesia) which was disputed territory between Poland, Czech, Germany, Austria, Hungary and local dynasties, free cities etc. Polish castels on borderland between Małopolska and Śląsk are called Orle Gniazda (Eagles' Nests) and one of them is the Olsztyn Castle you've described in you video.
