Niwot means "Left Hand", dang near the entire Clan of Sanders are "lefties". A few weeks back on the drive up, When we got that backdrop shot, I knew this COULD be the place. And like the Realtor was explaining, my thoughts prior to knowing about the Valley was, I bet in the Summertime with those main trees in bloom, and that vista view? It's like sitting in the Creators living room. Happy for ya Coach. Spring/Summer is REALLY beautiful up there. Family nights should be tons of fun. Stars, Smoke, Jokes, and Family. And when that Mountain ice thaws and all that fresh water replenishes the Lakes? You and Travis MUST get out there lurking for some of those Monsters (Fish). This is a wonderful house and location. It was mentioned how the mountains provide the area's water. As newcomers to the area, you all may have learned by now that the Colorado River is declining at an unsustainable rate and that seven states need to find a way to reduce their water consumption and are arguing among themselves on how to do it. I mention it as something that you all should know about now that you're possibly going to be affected by it.
