I remember being young and seeing gta 3 for the first time, and thinking "how were they able to create this whole world? And how did it fit into this single disc?" It used to amaze me that they would create this massive map, just to be used in one game. Eventually, gta 3 got Stories, and gta 4 got the story dlcs. Then we get gta 5 and it's all about online, with a story that's a mess. I have no hope for 6, it feels just like the next big map to be used in online, single player campaign is not as well thought as it used to be. Elaborating a little on that, they were inspired by classic movies, like mafia movies, scarface, the San Andreas with the whole 90s gangs vibe. The 3d era still is my favourite because replaying them feels just like rewatching a classic movie, each cutscene oozing personality, with some great lines.

Even if im dead in future the city gonna be the same, cars are driving, people are walking the world isn't stopping in this game but seeking someone to play it again thus it will continue to exist.
