Take a walk with me and Raina down the cozy brick streets of William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. Sorry for the sound change while I'm out walking - I have a new microphone that I love now I'm more used to it, but I didn't have it out with me. I'll have to start remembering to bring it along. What a beautiful walk and scenery! Although I had to look away when you panned down below the bridge because I'm scared of heights 😂 The rec center brought back memories of my college days. We had a nice one, too, and I was there most evenings. Thanks so much for taking us along with you and Raina. Very relaxing!

I don't know why I said that was a new rec center because I don't think it's really that new - LOL! But whatever - it's nice and it's an area where they are building a lot of new stuff. I love to live near a college - it always makes for an energetic and youthful atmosphere. Glad you enjoyed the scenery! I really need to get out with the camera more often.

Thanks - I'm glad you liked the video! You described Raina perfectly - she's basically a very good dog, but she has her little habits that you really have to watch out for. I guess we're all like that and in all, I like her independent spirit!

Awww, poor Raina! I hope she feels better soon! I LOVE Williamsburg, VA and every time I go there I'm always surprised by how beachy it is with the humidity and the sandy soil - Williamsburg is only about an hour or so from Virginia Beach. William and Mary's campus is beautiful - I've been there once before and really enjoyed my visit. And I LOVE crepe myrtles and actually have two of my own that are in their full bloom right now (a red and a fuchsia) - they're the trees that Myrtle Beach in South Carolina is named after. Crepe myrtles love lots and lots of sun and heat! I live in western Virginia so I'm just a few hours drive from Williamsburg. I spent a day at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg in May. Lucky you and Raina to be able to live there! I enjoy yours and Raina's walking adventures!

Beautiful video! Those trees are stunning 🩷 I’m In upstate NY and this summer has either been extremely hot and humid or rainy so haven’t been able to spend as much time outside as I normally do. Have a wonderful weekend!

Loving this new video 😍 It's such a different vibe and feel from the other videos that you've created! My dog is also the same 🥲 she loves to random stuff off the ground so it upsets her stomach sometimes. Usually I find just plain boiled chicken is also good to reset Duckie's digestion! I actually really like the microphone/sound on your walk. It feels like it's part of nature and feels like we're really there. I hear the chirping, the car sounds, the wind, everything! Like we're there with you 🥰 I don't think you need to bring your own mic. I can still hear you super clear! Your setting is absolutely gorgeous. I'm in California... so we don't have too much color. Just a lot of dried grass 🫠

Awesome! I'm glad the sound wasn't much of a problem. I think Raina will be better today - poor baby! I recently moved here to Virginia from Florida and I am loving it! I think the scenery here is beautiful and the weather is not too bad, either. I LOVE California, but it is changing in many ways and not always for the better - unfortunately! Take care! That was a fun stroll. I wish I could find a way to stop my dog from eating things outside, but it's her natural instinct. I just have to watch her like a hawk and hope I'm quick enough.

Oh, and I hope Raina is feeling better now. I've always heard chicken and rice are good for dogs with upset stomachs. Love the chair you are sitting in in the intro...I'm surprised Raina hasn't claimed it for herself 😂

Oh, believe me, she has claimed it! She and I can sit in it together since it's so wide. Or sometimes she lays across the ottoman and there's still plenty of room. I think she chose the couch so she could be by herself since she wasn't feeling well. Dinner stayed down, tho - so that's a good sign.
