the tip that’s helped me the most is distributing your body weight left & right while maintaining proper form, it gives each arm a little bit of a break. we will get better with practice !💕

Why not chin-ups instead of the plank? I did strain my shoulder doing the leg tucks, but changing to the plank makes no sense. When I was in the US Army, I was able to hold the plank for full 5 minutes. However, this does not matter because the plank is less useful in combat than the chin-ups. And the abs can be tested with the good old sit-ups. 7 events total.
@jasmynmonique2 жыл бұрын
In the report, it said they needed an event that tests core strength. Personally, I wouldn’t have minded going back to those good old sit-ups!

I was in the army from 2011 to 2019. I considered going whilst going to college, perhaps I might do ROTC or at the very least, get into the reserves, finish getting my E6, so I was curious what it would look like. Thanks for the visual!

It's nice to see her posting her pushing herself and the progress she's making, however her min and max times she's proving isn't in context. The scores are based on gender and age. That is something that has to be disseminated, otherwise people who are interested in joining won't have the right information for reference.

this Cadet is posting her experince and working to better herself. I feel like her attitude is helpful and gives a valid insight into life as a cadet. Shes in TRAINING shes allowed to fail and improve. I failed a lot when i was in the army, but like her, I always improved myself, thanks to good leadership. I hope youre not in the military as Id hate to have someone with your attitude as my leader.
