People need to understand their real state before giving any opinion. Unfortunately, this does not happen, as they prefer to give their opinions without any intellectual or even emotional preparation in the first place. First of all, you need to feel good about yourself before giving any opinion. But the problem is that the dependence that many have on social networks ends up generating even more problems, because people seek approval from others all the time, including their opinions. E é por isso que evito dar opiniões sobre assuntos que não domino e, muitas vezes, não dou pára evitar confusões, isto é, quando entendo sobre o assunto. Parte disto provavelmente vem do meu passado, tempo em que fui privado de dizer o que eu penso sobre as coisas. Nunca fui de criticar na da na frente de ninguém, faço isso em particular com alguém ou mesmo sozinho. Detesto dá opiniões, principalmente sobre assuntos polêmicos. Prefiro está de bico calado.
