Ingredients
Separate the yolk, 2 pcs.
Cottage cheese - 400 g.
Semolina - 4 tablespoons.
Starch 1 tbsp.
Mix well
Pinch of salt
Sugar 1 tablespoon.
Eggs 2 pcs. - yolk.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Some flour
Cutting out empty space
Cut into pieces
Creating circles
Vegetable oil
Fry until golden brown
Very tasty, bon appetit
