After six years, only 730 likes?! Sad state of affairs in this country. They don't make preachers like this anymore.

59K views though. Not sure I would trust YT to be honest with the number of likes. Other YT channels have complained they manipulate the numbers. Derek Prince is amazing! We also have been impacted by Dr. Kevin Zadai. Blessings ✝️🛐

Absolute Truth! Jesus, and His character - was our Example in everything. Jesus: "the Way, the Truth, and the Life." His ministry was not a show. He cared about people, so He ministered to peoples' needs for food, healing, .... Yet, He did not draw attention to Himself; nor did He want people to talk about what He had done for them (rather, wanted them to keep quiet about it). Everything Jesus did was His Father's business; He put His Father first, seeking Him early in the morning; then, spent His time ministering to people. Jesus was God; yet, "He did not consider equality with God - something to be grasped. He [Who was God], learned obedience by the things that He suffered." (Philippians 2). We all need to be careful about pride, and always be examining ourselves; Just as Jesus was our Example of God and His character; Satan, and his fall from Heaven - was due to pride, his envy of Jesus, and desire to be worshipped and given the glory only deserved by Jesus. Both are examples who represented two different fathers: Jesus, and Satan. We each must seek to know God, Himself, personally - relationship with Him - and to Trust Him, rather than putting humans in the place of God (We are all imperfect. God alone is perfect. If there is anything good in us, it is through God's Holy Spirit, not of ourselves - other than our surrender to God [our part].) rather than seeking signs and wonders. God wants true relationship with us; Jesus is the Living Word/Bible! He alone is to be worshipped!

Debra, NO NEED for You to preach(especially after such a sermon. As if you are trying to add to it)... When, oh WHEN will Christian women understand that simple Gods Order of things???!!!
@sunshinegirl1967 Жыл бұрын
At the first 5 minutes he makes a statement I disagree with. Jesus said take heed that you be not deceived. Then Derrick says the chosen are secure and can't be deceived. That's not true. Or else Jesus would've said don't worry I've chosen you so it's not possible for you to be deceived. Instead he warns them to take heed. Why take heed? So that it won't be possible for them to be deceived. If they (or we) get lazy or slack then it becomes entirely possible for us to be deceived.

2:00 let's stay away from arbitrary ideas of spiritual warfare so we can look at this practically. 4:30 4:53 our safety in this fight isn't how clever or away from the fray but the fact of God choosing us. 6:00 what is truth? That's not so simple, there's at least three aspects of the truth. If you want to be sure, it'll check out. 7:45 12:43 I guess I don't know him as well 13:15 deception enters when you think you know all there is to know 16:19 21:41 there were three times someone prophecied over me 1. Tell your testimony: if you don't it'll ruin you. 2: I see you waste deep in water 3: I see you helping guys in a small room 4. You can heal but you have to fully commit 0:00-26:00 stay within your allotted proportion of faith. I don't need to know about ancient aliens-right now-when I'm going through mental anguish and I'm having communication issues and E.D.

Them? They go to Ghenna I guess. Smart witches know that spells don't work on Christians. Smart witches, stay away from us. The evil spirit leading them, will not let them engage with us, lest we turn them to life. So, DO engage. The word of God pierces ALL lies! Do not be afraid of them. For it is THEY that fear YOU, Christians.

I don't quite understand this teaching of Derek Prince who calls Christians that cannot talk in a language ( that he calls tongues ) a trunkless elephant !. Many of the greatest servants of the Lord were from Baptist movement or the Methodist. say Billy Graham for example. Were trunkless elephants as bro Derek says ?. Or lots of other Christians who have another gifts but not talking in languages ?!. Are we trunkless elephants ?
@nancyparker37324 жыл бұрын
I wonder if his perspective was that beloved Christians missed out on the manifestation of God's power by denying the gift of speaking in tongues? How much more will God work thru His child that is open to God's supernatural gifts? Why the fear or ridicule of it? If it's not for you, move on. Let there be the wiggle room of freedom among God's people.
