Best Toshiki album! (And one of the best city pop albums up there with Timely! or For You). Lots of bass, horns, and the perfect mix of beach and tokyo nightlife. There isn't a more perfect city pop album that blends all the elements together like this.

He was seriously the king of city pop between On the City Shore and Sea is a Lady. I don't know how, but he dropped off hard after '87. Legacy of You is the only decent album after that.

@@daddydubs4349 I enjoy Reason for Thousand Lovers and All is Vanity too, but I couldn't agree more. Some of his singles like I Must Change My Life and Love For Me and Mouichido...And Then are pretty good too.

@@256odeon Most of the other albums aren't that good. There's a reason everyone talks about Sea is a Lady or After 5 Clash but nobody cares about Citylights Dandy or Time Tunnel. If they're so good then why are there no playlists with any of Toshiki's songs after the early 90s?
