NO autotune here. I'm a music producer and a singer/songwriter so i would know. She uses effects to make it sound clearer (compressors eq's etc) anyone who records a song and wants it to sound good, uses those. I honestly think you are one of the best female vocals I have ever heard, you have your own style of singing, which is rare, especially on youtube where everyone sings the same - correct and boring most of the time. Not to mention how much autotune some people use and viewers don't seem to mind. Your covers sound very professional. Keep it up and I'll be enjoying listening to you :)

A lot of people are pressed that she changed the lyrics but the original person who sings this is a male and says she referring to the church and the goddess (still about a gay couple) and so if she (a female) sings this it makes sense to say he cause she’s singing about a church and a god (he) who doesn’t accept them (a relationship with two girls) and is singing out because it’s a gentle sin and doesn’t understand why they don’t accept it. So chill it makes total sense for her to sing it like this and that’s how I sing it (I’m a lesbian) and I feel it more and I cry when I do sing it all out chill out.

Besides, it’s theorized that “she” refers to the church, and “he” doesn’t carry the same weight in that case. You shouldn’t have to change a song to relate to it. If everyone altered every portion of a song to better fit their own life, they’re better off writing their own. It’s not homophobic, and it’s not a huge deal either, but it is in poor taste, and it slightly undermines the cover’s integrity. Though she has a beautiful voice, maybe the emotion isn’t as poignant as the original because she simply jumped on a bandwagon and didn’t truly invest in it beforehand.

Angelic Assassin Well I hope you attempted to set the straight a little, lol. It's like the Leonard Cohen song "Hallelujah", even Leonard Cohen said in an interview the song is about lost love, but again the religious take it as a worship song. Enjoy the song for what it is instead of trying to make it what you want it to be. By the way, how'd you get the smileys on there? Unruly children should be put to death, adulterers should be put to death, he ordered whole communities to be put to death, he wiped out the whole planet, including plants and animals (what the heck could a 2 month old kitten ever do to tick him off?) , if you don't conform you're threatened with burning in hell in a lake of fire for eternity. And eternity is a very long time! And yet he does all that because he loves us. Uhmmm, I hope you don't mind my saying that, under the circumstances, I've had just about as much "love" as I can take. So yeah, I do see a problem with believing and religion.
