Yes. They could've figured something out bringing the original love interest back. They didn't even arrange the fictional story where he got widowed and maybe after already having started a family. Could've did something where the Rooster character gets with his daughter. BIG OPPORTUNITY MISSED RIGHT THERE FOR THE STORY! The screenplay story writers are dipshits.

And I know I mentioned it before, but, y'all could try something for the arrival of Jurassic World Dominion (maybe the Lost World theme, a medley, dinosaur themes, or etc.).
