Obsessed with the new studio! Really related to what you guys said about phone addiction. Somethings that I feel has helped me a lot is using apps to manage screen time. I use one called "opal", stops me from overusing certain apps like tiktok or instagram and having hours of "downtime" where certain apps will be blocked. Phone addiction is scary and can really effect our whole nervous system, but its reassuring to know that we can also get better and "heal" our dopamine receptors through detoxing even though it can be really hard at first. Sending lots of love💗
