im almost 40 i remember when anime in america was whatever you could find subtitled at blockbuster or vhs store or Scifi had an hour on sunday at 1am that ran anime. This was years before cartoon network existed. Amv's have evolved from vhs dubs of tape recorders playing music over cut and paste anime vhs tapes to a music industry.

You’re usually paid what your work is worth. Not to say it never happens that some greedy person steals the profits and doesn’t properly compensate their workers, it does. But 9/10 instances your salary is determined by your works revenue and your rarity. If there’s a thousand people who want the job and get similar results, your salary will decrease. But if your rarer or bring in more money than your salary will increase accordingly. Simple supply and demand. I believe the demand is still high, but it’s over saturated and they don’t push for higher wages that I’ve heard. Negotiate or stop complaining, that’s how most people see it and I tend to agree.

Anyone else notice that at around 0:47, the dude was shown to only have a single arm, his right arm as he used his right hand with some power or whatever. And then at around 0:55, it was shown him using his left arm/hand and that his right arm was missing. Is this a specific plot point or capability? Like he can switch arms depending on what power he wants? When using one arm, the other disappears?
