USC drum major is not crisp. Compared to other USC drum majors, she lacks military bearing / presence. She doesn't properly finish her moves. She needs a regulation haircut--her long hair looks sloppy.

Come on man, don’t be so rude. She’s the first woman to do the part, at least give her the benefit of the doubt. Not everyone can do it the first try.

@@Mrcharles. She should be held up to the standards those before have set. SHE IS AN UTTER FAILURE. She did not improve over her time as drum major. As a champion female field drummer, I absolutely hate it when women are NOT held to the same standards men are (and vice versa).
