Fully Agree.. i'm baffled because if the removable sticker on windshield is called hooliganism, then how is called the driving on the pedestrian sidewalk-walking zone ? i would call it stupidity ! They should have license suspended for min 2-3 years, and not be allowed to drive until they will have a full pass at psychiatric & psychological examination otherwise they will really need drive-thru for everything just like McDonalds drive-inn same with : pharmacy, hospital, malls+shopping, hotels, pool, concert & opera & theater arena, multiplex-cinema.. everything drive-inn & drive-out !

@@MrJess-el8ku Obviously all have the don't care attitude just few of them have patience to listen these boys until police appear then the excuses begin.. no sign for pedestrian side-walk, no jobs these boys that are doing hooliganism, the movement was banned etc.. when they get ticket some leave angry others still threaten, i saw extreme cases pulling a hand-gun, i'm glad when the boys talk a common sense into them an not forced use the pepper-spray on them !

@@poplaurentiu4148 So true! Luckily you have a few who are friendly, and just apologize! Haha yes, of course they work everybody has bills to pay and wants to live. They can start with 2 stickers (if they are disrespectful) if you ask me, and always on the driverside. And why is is driving on pavements so "acceptable in Russia" you will lose your license permanently the second time and you might go to jail. As it should be, it's dangerous and criminal behavior. I especially feel for the blind people, kids and elderly people in Russia.

Well, you drive to the entrance and wait until the doors open and then you drive to the right of the checkout and into the department store itself. Russia - ticket for driving on sidewalk is 3000 rubles. In Poland penalty is 1500 zloty which is equal to 29000 rubles. And that is why contrary to Russia it is very hard to see car moving alongside sidewalk in Poland. Russian tickets are just ridoculous low for major part of local drivers, I think. Without much much higher tickets nothing will change.

... "[If you have money] why are you dressed like that?" ... Wtf is that supposed to mean? Does he have some bad clothes, or is the guy commenting on the cost? If so, what does it have to do with anything? Do people with money think they have buy something expensive? For what? Do they really care about that shit in Russia? One of my friends earns more than $240,000.00 a month, but still drives the same old truck he's had for 15 years, and buys most of his clothes secondhand, because he doesn't understand why people pay for expensive things when they could just get something comfortable for 10-50 times cheaper... He didn't buy a smartphone because he said it's stupid to spend more than $100 on a phone, unless there's something specific you absolutely need for work that you can't get on a cheaper phone. And that's the way most people with money (and without money) where I'm from think. Weirdos...
