Even the greatest Hollywood movie series Star Wars had a sample template of story in many of the movies after a certain point. There was only a certain reference to a sequel or a prequel that is highlighted. The only Major innovation that Star Wars created was that George Lucas created many creators, inspired them to think many stories, animation, graphics, make up, miniature making, camera work and technicality in film making. Many creative works were inspired from Star wars. Such is the greatness of Lucas's Star wars and ILM, Industrial Light and magic which does the creative work, Graphics for the film. Marvel movies were inspired from Star Wars snd Lucas's ILM had created the CG and special effects for them. India should have such technical films with great stories.

Netflix ilana nama lokesh Nelson elam ila dan. How many inspiration they can but they r showing it as a new way to our audience..lokesh is best in crafting scenes and tempting audience.. Nelson like to bing everything together with his strong side Lokesh is a better presenter more like modern atlee.. He s much more capable if he work with some upcoming ones... on the contrary, most of the theater audience are family audience who take their family & kids out monthly once to watch a movie in theater. That's a special/theatrical package for them. Not everybody earns in lakhs like you BR. So they chose to seek a family friendly movie. And I am not here to say only family friendly movies should be made. Both have to co-exist. And the actors chose the scripts accordingly to expand their market. They are not dumb too. He is saying they can't make a movie like Anjali when somebody was at peak. Anjali was made when MR was a his peak. VP did a Briyani (his kinda subtle movie) right after Mankatha, KH does a thenai after heyram, Vasool Raja after Virumandi, Vijay did a Sachein & Kavalan when he was at peak. Everybody is ready to experiment things. Directors out here are definitely trying better.

Audiences should have maturity for what they want for entertainment. They cannot blindly consume entertainment highlighting or focussing only the main star. The content should be engagingly entertaining. A star maybe a crowd puller, but the film will content less and the resultant entertainment is very subjective and cannot be generalised. The reason behind rising of many meme channels making a spoof or parody or farce or funnily critiquing such movies is the reason for it. There is no sin and sacred in entertainment. Actors are beyond sins and sanctity, but movie stars are binded by it.

The big change should start from the producers. The producers actually are the main breeders of any industry, also here in cine industry. Film producers are here purely for business. They have come into the industry just aiming for the best investment they can ever make. Then comes the exhibitors who are purely in it for money. Producers and exhibitors both want at least a big star in the industry, a crowd puller with the greatest face value. They purposefully breed big star (Vijay) and a proper competitor (Ajith) and a fan fighting (required necessarily for the longevity of the industry). This has been the industry formula since the days of Mgr, Sivaji. As an industry they want to make big money with any movie. Now with the above model what happens is, when there is a movie from a big star irrespective of the quality of the movie the yield for the producers, distributors and exhibitors is great. But, at the audience end we are bred with the lowest qualities. And in the current scenario, we are not even fighting for our star with on-screen parameters. Instead, we are talking only about the budget, collections, promotion costs (really, why should we bother about promo budget?), no of prints (?????), no of regions. And with respect to music the number of views in KZbin decides the musical quality of the song 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ The majority of the current thamizh cinema fans are really stupids.

True. Vikram has unnecessary complications. It is not an organically interesting plot and Lokesh has not constructed a genuine plot. I still can’t find a genuine reason for the associates of Vikram to give correct information to Amar about the golf, gym and brothel stuffs. As associates of Vikram they should have given wrong information to Amar to make him get away from Vikram and his team’s operations. But check the recently released RDX movie. A very decent straightforward action flick from Malayalam containing excellent peak points and adrenaline stuffs. Directors should be ambitious but Lokesh was too ambitious in Vikram unlike Kaithi making an unnecessarily complicated plot.
