@emmanueljoselopez1014 There is no glitch in this title. La Salle clearly won the game. There was an error on the table officials end. FEU protested the game but FIBA and BAP sided with DLSU.

If I were the Chairman of the UAAP board, after reviewing the tape, I will reject the FEU protest. Clearly LaSalle won by 2. On the last second should FEU fouled on the 2.3 second mark, it is a one on one free throw for LaSalle. If Espinosas technical was assesed and FEU made the FT, DLSU still wins by 2. 1991 UAAP should go to DLSU

The RFM established a corporate basketball team in the PBA after it established the Green Archer Team of DLSU which was coached by LSGH alumnus politician and basketball coach Yeng Giaou and owned and managed by RFM CEO Joey Concepcion a prominent billionaire alumnus of LSGH & DLSU.

Fun fact: Ateneo was the only school that sided with DLSU in this controversy. Ateneo's rep in the UAAP Board (I think it was Fr. Raymond Holscher) voted to let the game result stand.

same as 2004, championships are won on the court, not in the boardroom. Feu got Arwind playing illegally in 2002, coming from ligang labas, franz told arwind if he'll play for dlsu he has to serve residency for a year because they don't know if that was within the rules.. arwind packed his bags instead for feu. UP lodged a protest but was denied because the league arwind played in was not a pro league. lol. feu's hands are also dirty having arwind from 2002 to 2005. Mbala had to sit an extra 1 yr because he played in a ligang labas, wonder what that uaap board was thinking, 2015 would have been a special year as well.

Nothing happened that could have turned the outcome of the game during those seconds that Espinosa was illegally on the floor. It seems the fault was with the table officials thus no technical foul. What they should have done is replay the game from the point when Espinosa graduated. That's fair.

Huh? How come? FEU's eventual protest doesn't make sense at all. DLSU beat FEU, fair and square. Nice to see the who's who on both teams. Quite a surprise Jason Webb stayed in the amateurs for six (6) years. Nestor Echano, Joel Gaspar, and John Cardel had stints with the PBA (for Echano, just Purefoods' practice player) but found a career resurgence via MBA. Thank you for sharing.

The UAAP board was always against DLSU from the very beginning. Originally, UP, Ateneo and UST were against DLSU joining the UAAP. Several corporate sponsors of the UAAP forcibly suggested that DLSU would bring in more corporate TV sponsorships, increase UAAP marketability and boost the UAAP brand awareness and highly increase ticket sales altogether knowing that there are several La Salle school branches and die-hard fans in the country. UAAPs' commercial value increased by several folds because of the presence of DLSU and its corporate sponsors.

The Green Archers came out on top, registering an 80-77 victory over FEU.[3] There was a technical error committed by the officials working the game. The error in question came in the last 2:26 of the game and La Salle ahead. The table officials failed to notify the referees of the game that La Sallite Tony Espinosa had already his fifth final foul against the driving Johnny Abarrientos. Espinosa was still able to play for a few seconds more before FEU coach Arturo Valenzona and team manager Anton Montinola were able to approach the table officials to point out the mistake. The game was delayed for about five minutes. When play resumed, UAAP commissioner Boy Codiñera and his officials failed to slap the necessary technical foul on De La Salle.
