Qualifications - ECE BE. Completed 5th sem Appearing 6th sem Scheme- 2019 CBCS College - Sapthagiri College Of Engineering Friend had low attendence in 6th sem and got detained in college Had already paid fees for 5th and 6th sem.They say its a year back meaning you have to start fresh from 6th sem onwards means readmission next year in 6th sem then 7th then 8th will go on.This year he cant do anything. I want to ask how the process works in vtu do we have to pay entire college fees of 6th sem again?
