É uma das técnicas antigas do Japão, chamada "ajiroami".

that's winnowing pan or basket, it's a.multi use :to dry such as fish, potato, beans, meats, peanuts etc. etc. u can also as plates if it comes the size of plate but with waxed paper on top, you can also cooled a hot food, but the main purpose ot it is to winnow rice, coffee beans, peanuts...

Não fique bolado! Tecer em pouco tempo se aprende, acho que coisa de horas, já o preparo das taquaras , isso sim da trabalho desde a escolha antes de cortar no taquaral ao destalar e deixar todas do mesmo tamanho e espessura.Más não desista se tem vontade.
