@@manishtripathi3751 Its always not about money. Cheers ❤️ Also, I earn 3x via KZbin, so logically youtube > L4. Sometimes we take decisions when we need new challenges. Also Google gives L4 for > 2 years. So would have to wait for another 1 year and not 6 months. Given that I will apply in july, 3 mnths time for everything to be done. So logically 1 year.

I am not a full time employee in Google but I have been hired through vendor. They work completely on internal technologies and its sometimes hard like if you are stuck you can't do stackoverflow so the learning curve will be different.

The biggest mistake I did was that I thought I was selected after moving to hiring committee but I got rejected. It was tough to believe as I had an amazing interview. :( Thanks for mentioning about hiring committee of Google in the video.

Answer at 1:50 How does one gets to know about offer/how does one get noticed to even land an option to be screened in for opening? Most of the time, it all ends at the rejection email, Apply --> Not considered (cycle). Note: I am so proud of you, you are humble. I work in Germany, and once you arrive in Poland (I had my offer in Warsaw in 2015, another firm), I hope you feel home buddy.
