I also came to say the same!! And I feel like no matter how much weight you loose, it all feels like a lot. Any one that looses weight has that same self conscious feeling (at least from anyone i’ve ever met). You can be the smallest person in the group and still hate the way your body looks. You look fantastic! I just hit -150 lbs the other day. From weight loss surgery I’m 2019 with a very long stall. My bariatric dr suggested I try wegovy last April. I’ve lost an additional 60 lbs. I went from 295 in 2019 to 145 yesterday!

I think that is a really healthy way to approach any medication take it when you need it without guilt but if your managing fine without it give yourself a break. I have struggled with my weight and I considered taking the new medication but my sugar was fine and doc gave me some suggestions to try first as my cholesterol was a little high it's working for me atm which is good but the option was semiglutide is available if i feel i need it later.

Lauren, I’ve been a sub to your channel since way back when, since your keto days! Now you have a new addition (well, he’s not “new” anymore but, you get what I mean!! 😂) to your family and Ella has grown so big and she’s in school now!! My point in saying that is I’ve seen you transform, into a much more confident, outgoing woman!! And I’m so very proud of you. I know you’ve worked so hard to get to where you are now!! 💕❤️🙏🏼 I am not on keto anymore, it tanked my blood work and made my A1-C go really high, after 2 years on the diet…. I also didn’t lose weight on keto…. At all…I gained weight!!! And yep…. I was doing to the diet 100% correctly…. It’s to much fat for my body type. I’ve gone Whole Foods, plant based (starch solution) the complete opposite diet…and I’ve never looked back! I’m down 32lbs…My blood work is great now, A1-C normal again, my cholesterol is in the normal range now!! I’m 54, female and post menopausal….and my Dr said that keto isn’t good for older women, for some women (not all) it’s to much saturated fat, for me, that was for sure the case! Anyway….. so much has changed with everyone since we all came together on your channel! We’ve all grown so much!! Just wanted to say how very proud I am to see you feel so much better about yourself, to see you more active and smiling so much more!! ! Try not to be so hard on yourself with your negative self talk….. I do The same sometimes!! ! But Sometimes we all need a little reminder to remind you, just how far you’ve come!! My precious Gran used to say this saying, all the time (like if someone asked her how she was doing) “I’m above the green, it’s a good day” 😂❤🙏🏼💕 I miss my Gran, she was the greatest ❤️💕🙏🏼💔

I follow A Lady that owns Drop the walls boutique and she also took the shot and worked out like you she stopped and now promotes on her shop a brand called NO CRAP IN IT. All Natural stuff and i trust this lady she would not sell what does not work. I am currently taking the shot on week 2 and I myself once hitting onederland 21lbs to go will move to a more natural way. I as well kinda scared to stay on the shot for a very long time and that's just me. Just waned to share in case you would like to look at the products.

I once saw a man on New Smyrna Beach (possibly before you were born) with a woman on each arm, I don't even know if he was _wearing_ a bathing suit. He was "dunlapped" over that far. One of my favorite things about losing weight is doing things I never thought I would ever do. My husband bought a kayak a couple of years ago and I told him to never ask me to try it because it won’t ever happen. I was terrified of having issues getting in and out or even getting stuck. Well I went kayaking for the first time last weekend and loved it. I’ve also been walking 3 miles every day and actually enjoy it where before it was a chore. I can go hiking and not get so out of breath to where I feel like I’m going to die. So many things and I love it!! I used to want to lose weight just for my physical appearance but as I’ve gotten older doing activities and enjoying life is much more important than how I look.

Lauren, I’m 64 and my eating after losing 120 lbs 10 years ago is to only eat 1 ingredient foods. I can combine those foods but meat, eggs, dairy & veg. No need for anything else.

You are going to have to find a maintenance dose. That's what T I'm trying to do now. I was off of it for 4 weeks because Medicare screwed with us. I did gain a few in the 4 weeks then when I started back up It took me two months to start losing again. I had to increase the dose. Wegovys top dose is 2.4 where as Ozempics max is 2.0. They are the same exact med. I increased to 2.25 and it was just enough to start the weight loss again and I think I'm at where the doctor wants me to be. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it yet. I might just drop back to 1.75 and space it out. My appetite did come back when I was off of it. I was rationalizing my food intake so I know that I will need to find a maintenance dose.
