Hello, It all depends on the sensor you have to measure water flow. You can find sensors that output an analog voltage signal (0 to 10V) that corresponds to the water flow being measured. Then use a data acquisition device to bring the measurement into LabVIEW, for graphing, analysis and data logging.

@sazer123 Hello. If your panel meter has a communications port, you might be able to get your data directly into LabVIEW that way. Serial standards like RS-232 or RS-485 are fairly common in industrial automation, and LabVIEW has built-in functions to interface with serial drivers.

Hi Vinit, watched your videos, they all are very informative. We are having Ni myDAQ system and we want to do continuous monitoring of voltage over lab view. We are working on one project in which we are using a photomultiplier tube (PMT) to sense low-intensity light. The PMT gives output in voltage (equivalent to light intensity) and we want to see the output of PMT over Labview using Ni myDAQ system. We have tried so many times but were unable to configure PMT and DAC system. Kindly please help us in this regard. Looking forward to here from you. Thank You
