Hey jam, i'm commenting here because your vod on the live where you covered the riot shield situation is a week old and i don't want you to miss this comment. I am a law student, my mother and grandfather have legal training (she's a lawyer) and i have many, many acquaintances who practice law. I live in Brazil, which happens to be one of the largest playerbases for warzone, and here our consumer laws are have a very high tendency to favour the consumer, especially when the consumer is in a relationship with a large enterprise (which would make any contract/agreement favour the enterprise). Thus, whenever there is a one-sided clause which favours the enterprise against the consumer (such as clauses which give the enterprise options to remove content which was bought and paid for by the consumer with a promise to keep such content available ad eternum, or a clause which establishes an item paid for as not 'owned' by the consumer, which is basically impossible in our legal system since it is very abusive) the consumer law 'trumps' the contract in favour of the consumer, meaning even if the ToS or EULA for cod warzone seems to protect activision against lawsuits, at least here in Brazil it means nothing. I believe there are precedents to situations like the riot shield and, as i mentioned, the law stands with the consumer on matters like this. One other thing i'd like to say is, at least as far is i know, i'm almost 100% positive that consumer laws on the European Union are very much like Brazil's on this. We really should discuss legal action as a community because 1) Activision promised us the riot shield, people bought items trusting that promise and 2) any legal course of action we may take will make Activision heavily consider keeping their promise. In Brazil, consumer law states that the consumer may sue any one of the enterprises involved in the chain of consumership. This means that, for instance, if a small business sells you an expired bottle of coca-cola, you can sue the small business or coca-cola directly, even though they had no fault of their own on that case. If you choose to sue coca-cola (the choice is completely up to the consumer, it is usually recommended because they have more money to pay compensation compared to the small business) coca-cola can then sue the small business for the amount they had to pay on legal fees + compensation since they had no fault on that particular case, since the small business was the one who erred. This means that, for situations like the riot shield, a consumer may choose to sue activision or the platform they used to buy the bundle (eg. Microsoft for xbox owners, or sony for playstation owners). Even if they only bought cod points, not technically the riot shield in those platforms, the law still allows such litigation versus the platform. Thus, if one were to sue microsoft or sony for this, then sony or microsoft would in turn sue activision. The possibilities are many and we definitely can explore them. Cheers and wish you the best

thank you for your insight, I did think that activision's TOS would protect them but what you say about consumer rights in Brazil (maybe the EU too) gives me hope that maybe riot shielders could actually sue activision if they don't fix it soon enough 😂

Hey jamcowl if you read this there is also another hiding spot at control center, it's at the bottom floor where the buy station is located. You need to go through the double doors if your looking straight at buy station, go to the right double doors. once you come in you should see at the back of the room there is boxes on the Back right of the corner. It is a Perfect spot to use Sally's swagger.

Right now it's about government transparency for their claims. The US gov claims that UAP exist and they created an official gov website showing locations and official gov pics and vids. The US gov claims this, not you or I. The government. THEY owe us evidence for claims THEY made using our tax dollar. We the people demand evidence for their claims. We demand government transparency that they are legally bound to show.

while some people care about transparency of govt resources, a lot of people's interest in UAP is purely because they think it's aliens, they really don't care about government spending... at any rate the point still stands that convincing evidence of extraterrestrial life on earth has yet to be found

How do you Jammers pick the skin for good? Its gets reset every game and even when picking it if I go with the mouse over another one, it goes back to default. I have to make the cursor dodge other skins.
