Basemental Drug mod has a lot trait called Sketchythat will add sims to your city that will turn up in the evening and stay all night till morning. They are drug dealers and drunks, I think for most of the city you created that would help populate the area and make it a bit more active, it also adds more gameplay and story building. For me, I placed it for one residential home at a trailer park and they will wander around using the community areas I built in the trailer park

i just wanna say that i love your poo poo save file and i currently use it everytime i play and i'm filling it with all my little sims and families and creating stories with the sims the file came with. ❤ it's a blast !

I currently play with the doo doo save file and can't help but wonder if this save will ever be up for download as well.... Little East Asia is literally my dream come true and what the sims 4 should look like. I would't mind going throught a creator list and download every bit a cc if that meant playing here

How do you set these up to have functional stores at the bottom? Are these residential rentals and the stores are the community spaces?

They're not really functional (well, without mods). For the residential rentals, the bar and seamstress store are set as communal spaces. I'll be relying on mods to make the bar and shop to function the way I want it to. For the build at the end, it functions as a restaurant. But with the club feature, I plan on making clubs so that sims occupy the tea shop and computer cafe. And for the floral shop, ravasheen has a mod that allows you to set up a retail store on any lot type. So, that's what I'll be using to make that shop functional!

Those fans are actually cc by awingedllama! It's from their Nostalgia CC series. So, unlike the fans that come in game (I believe from Snowy Escape?), these ones are actually animated!
