Taking Care of My Skin - Better Late than Never??

Hey, in case you didn't know (because apparently I didn't or I just ignored any good advice given to me)...TAKING CARE OF YOUR SKIN IS IMPORTANT!!!
I am a summer baby. I grew up in Southern California and I LOVE being out in the sun. I wanted to be tan my entire life and I'm paying for it now...
Ps. I did ask about the sunscreen on my follow-up and he told me to aim for at least 10% zinc oxide in the sunscreen, so this Sun Bum one is great!!

It's so good of you to post stuff like this! These things can be incredibly scary. I got two moles removed last year and they also sent them in to be checked. Luckily both came out clean. I am now at the age where I need to make an appointment for my first mammogram, and I am nervous as hell. But I'm so glad that we're able to get things checked so we can catch stuff early 🙏🏻

Way to go!! Getting these things taken care of at the small stage is the best medicine. I’m a SoCal girl too and sunscreen and the dermatologist are my best friends! Yes!! Sun bum is my brand. The kids formula SPF 50 in the stick..like deodorant is Great! I call my dermatologist Dr. Nitro because he’s always got a can of nitrogen on hand. Cancer is more terrifying! Great vid Coach!!
