6N0 is Moonstone Grey V161 is Late model Getrag because its a S2, SZR also came with this Trans ALFQZ is for RZ 6 Speed A03B Is Torsen 3.266 Final Drive FB20 only comes in RZ or option on SZR which is for Recaro Interior with Leather Rear Seat M22 is the Plant it was manufactured in The Drivers Recaro isn't factory the left Recaro is factory. This model was the send off for the Jza80 so it was the highest spec'd Supra to be made and was only sold in Japan after 98 They came with REAS Suspension, Factory Recaros and Carbon Steering wheel. Unfortunately Sams is missing the steering wheel If you're reading this Sam I have a couple Steering wheels if you want to put the OEM one back on.

That rust where the roof meets the top of the tailgate is common on the Supra. The Tailgate is heavy and over the years it bends the hinges or just generally moves slightly and rubs against the roof edge taking the paint off and exposing the metal. Very easy fix but get on to it ASAP to avoid surface rust becoming holes. Also check where the roof meets the top of the side doors/ windows as ive seen many MKIV rust through right on the edge.

You will be reframing that kid in your past that had a dream and to be standing in front of this car at this moment in time with the title in hand. Bro that shit is priceless and realizing and manifesting that dream to its fruition and you didn't take a crazy hit to your credit and it's heavily modified in the looks department this is something that just doesn't happen often great find and a solid car. This is something you can pass down to Yogo. . Enjoy this time of your life and seriously bring dad to the car you can finish it along the way. Maybe dad would enjoy taking it for a rip however it happens this ride with your Dad will change your life in the best way you can imagine.

Front Passenger seat is OEM Recaro, that came in the Series 2 RZ. You just need a matching driver seat.

Maybe the white smoke was coming from a water leak in the turbo housing and that's why the lines are disconnected and why you're not seeing any smoke now?

Sam not sure if you see this but I think your front fenders might be from *Border Racing.* If you search _Border Racing Supra_ you’ll see their white Supra has what looks to be the same fenders. Their website is in Japanese but I did end up finding them on there and the price listed was ¥138,000.00. I saw similar on other makes/models from various manufacturers but that’s the only A80 fender I found like it.

@21:15 the "SNOW" light is basically BECAUSE you have it on the lift and the wheels are in a state of constant "SLIP" ...... it thinks it just has NO TRACTION... it doesn't know that it no purpose.... so it's complaining.

Yup A80 is what most folks think when you say Supra! Welcome to the Supra family! And please if you sell the bumper/hood, I would buy it! Or any other A80 parts you don’t want! I do have a decent HKS Dragger muffler for the Supra but the rest of the piping isn’t the best.🔥

Wanted to add after watching your video and you will find all the stuff. But the rear hatch mating with the glass seal will start to rust, under the side mirrors as well like to rust. Your undercarriage is great!

I remember in 1993 (17 year old) my dad and I were driving south on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles. As we went over El Segundo Blvd I saw bill board of the "Brand New" MK4 and I couldn't believe what I saw. Ever since then that has been my dream car. Alright so the Supra is an RZ with Recaro seats and was originally a "Grayish Green Mica Metallic". P.S. : the car was made in Kanto Auto works. That's atleast what you could find on the internet.

I love everything about the supra. The whole kit, the fenders, the wing, the hood, the advan gt's. Everything is perfect. Interior could get an update, and the engine could get an update, but I love the way it looks.

Supra is looking great, Sam. You definitely got a good one. Stock bonnet/hood and fenders and your food to go That foam imsert can easily be repaired as any interior parts will cost you a fortune. The Supra tax is a bitch.

I had the same trunk problem with my s13!! All I did to fix it was loosen the 2 bolts on the trunk latch and physically move it down (the bolt holes are slotted on an s13) so it held the hatch tighter. doing this will make the hatch actually pop up when you pull the lever.

This is super cool, congrats on your acquisition! I remember years ago watching you walk around places like Daikoku and you would say that one day you’d have one and look at you now! After reading some other comments it sounds like that’s a pretty special spec and the right thing to do would be to find a match to the passenger since it’s OEM Recaro. If not a set of Recaro Podium, Sport C, Sportster, or Bride STRADIA III would look sick as well 🙅🏼‍♀️

That seamsealer in the boot looks funky but i think you shoud get in between that seam in the front of the trunk by the spare tire, bc if that is rusted you need to separate those two panels. Looks really nice for a 30 year old car! Congrats bro

White smoke can be straight unburnt raw fuel. If the coil packs connectors where just slipping off it's possible the engine was just dumping raw fuel that made it look like a blown engine. Was probably miss diagnosed

ALFQZ I believe is the RZ Supra in the model code. Toyota transfuild only in the trans, it's like a special ATF. Also, it's a torsen LSD. They mechanical, not clutch pack. So they lock on acceleration. Basically a 1 way diff, they're open on decel.

That supra is beautiful. Only thing i would change is the fenders. The interior needs some simplicity and it will be perfect. Edit: Old Toyotas seem to have three spots for leaking in the trunk, the seals,cracks on the hinges or the tail lights. I would check the tail lights first.

That blitz r fit is a fuel controller they used to work very good. It show airflow voltage , induction pressure and engine speed as well.

If that antenna works, just wax it to keep it moving. The power steering reservoir has a screen on the bottom that gets clogged with muck over time. Best in your case to replace it. Great car!

pull the motor and get a proper mil spec harness, etc for this thing. it deserves it. I'm in the USA getting my 96 RHD NA 5 speed car fully restored to a single turbo t56. its worth just taking almost all of the bay apart and making it all perfect. once the bay is cleaned up it'll be perfect.

Look at the power steering cap. Supras take transmission fluid dextron 3 in their power steering reservoir. And for the transmission fluid oem toyota v160/161 fluid is the way to go

Google says the SNOW mode comes on automatically when traction control thinks there is excessive wheelspin. But turning traction control off dosen’t always cancel out the SNOW mode… anyone else got more?

''SUPRA'' makes me think of the Celica 'Supra' from the 80s My childhood friends dad had one targa top manual one very cool car, was stolen by someone that was supposed to be working on it to put in a new ecu... was the gold/bronze colour. I can tell the diffrence between body kits and when I first saw the fornt bumper, I instantly knew it was C-West. And the rest of the kit, I can tell that the skirts, spoiler, and rear bumper flare things are Veilside.

That wing is heavy and with weak lifters the trunk wont properly lift. May need new lifters, but I remember the main problem or concern being the weight of the wing. Good luck with the Supra. One of my favorite JDM cars.

1987 supra is what I see. Here in nz my step father had a 7m 5speed one . Very cool in the 90s and cooler as time got on. He sold if few years back.

We had a a70 supra and it was scary fast in stock format with stock boaty suspension and no more working front active aero that keeps the front from lifting off the ground. We did a buck 45 on the highway in Mexico and the front started to lift off the ground the steering went completely numb, so we had to slowly let off racing and v12 bmw 7 series 007. Maybe on our next supra if we do get another one the first thing that we will be modding is the suspension and front aero or full aero before engine and turbo upgrades.

Love the car, and im soo happy you finally got your dream car Sam, it looks soo clean. On the aero side, i cant help it, but i think the ridox body kit would look soo smooth on it. Supras are soo easy to look "too extreme" to super smooth, and ridox kit makes it look soo great
