After seeing the videos of how Steve built his business I have nothing but respect for this guy. I would say the same for his "entourage" but I have a suspicion they had zero to do with building his wheel and tyre business. The ambition, determination and bravery of building what he has together with the kindness he shows to others really embodies the simple lessons I teach my daughters.
