Andrew, I think that pushing down a tree, in the long run, is faster than using a chain saw then digging up the stump. And the bobcats wheels barely turned.

How his tiny creature helps him on his job is never fail to amaze me. I would say it's impossible to pull out a stucked and fully loaded ten wheeler with this machine if i didn't see this video. And next clearing some big trees. It's really2 unstoppable machine.

Is it still possible to use the Ash wood for furniture making after the tree has been killed by the emerald ash borer? I read that the wood may become rarer and more valuable as more trees are killed off.

Andrew, where do you get parts for the yanmar? I have a grey market B50 upstate that is going to need a starter and tracks soon.

Steel House it depends on the part, I have the parts manual, so with part numbers I go online and order them from a Yanmar dealer, for tracks you can get those right on eBay, and the starter I would probably just take out and bring to someone who rebuilds starters

Hey Andrew, Love your videos. Could you build yourself a frame around the top of your Yanmar for safety? Consider a welded rectangle attached to the "T" posts on each side of your machine with gusset bars going to the round rear end guards. Then reattach the cap tot he rectangle?

many a home owner owes you a smile of gratitude. Without you they would have jungles for back yards. Ruff working alone and then get stuck. your heart will sink faster than a brookland hotdog at a wedding outdoors. I have broke motor mounts and cab bolts when the truck would sink and twist, just praying it didn't go over. I hit the down position as quick as I could to keep from rolling over but it happens anyway. Just life on life's terms, nice job

Andrew you should look into hydro seeding it's a system of mulch and grass seed mixture that binds to the earth verywell for big areas that you clean. If you're looking for alternative ways to seed a property.

Beautiful job a always. I was a little nervous watching that Bobcat jerking your dump truck by the front bumper like that. I have seen trucks lose their whole front end that way. You use your equipment hard, but you seem to know its limits.

Is there a market for firewood in your area? With a big firewood processor you could sell firewood in big-bags. Processing during winter would fill inn any slow time in the contractor market. Just a thought - you have probably already considered it and not found it worthwhile. Scary scene when the tree hooked to the thumb! Nice reaction and jump though!

Quick question? Why didn't you sell the larger diameter ash logs.. you could have made some cash. Ash dimensional lumber isn't cheap..

Last time I was selling logs to the saw mill, I really was not making much money. On this job there were not many good saw logs. But I am going to bring a few of the bigger logs to the saw mill, a friend is going to make some furniture out of the boards.

Have you ever thought about building a steel square frame around your door on your Ford dump truck. To where you still have the ability to spread gravel or tailgate. But you can swing it out to the right all the way around the side of the truck so it would stop ripping it off? It's pretty simple process if you look at one of them?

There is a pest in the eastern USA called the Emerald Ash Bore which they say will kill all of our Ash trees eventually. What will we make our ax handles and baseball bats out of then?
