Taking down my almost 5months old protective style- mistakes to avoid whilst protective styling

I had these braids in for almost 5 months. My hair was very dry and brittle because I was unable to wash and re-moisturize my hair whilst I had the style in. In this video I show you a process I used in order to make sure I retain as much length as I can whilst taking down these twists, and I also share some of the mistakes to avoid when it comes to protective styling in order to use it for hair growth.
