I like the idea but my tandem dashboard feature loses connection to my pump almost every time I look at it. Has that improved?

Do you have to have a PC or Mac to update your pump or can you do it with just a cell phone?

I have a Mac but I believe you need some type of computer.

Hey I’ve done everything and got the update code but when I click to start update it puts me back to watching the videos which after watching all them twice and passing the test 2wice I am now in some kinda loop where it will just put me back on the videos my question is has anyone gone through this and what did you do to put the code in so I can go to the next step thx

You have to do it using the tandem portal on their website

Wishing I could, but I have a Samsung galaxy note 10+. Not compatible. Might be amazing to be able to use when wearing dresses so I don't have to undo everything. Might have to switch phones so I can do that!

i love the bolus from phone feature so far, but i do also have a few complaints, i guess. definitely wish we could adjust activity modes on the phone. i also don’t like how if you’re only using your phone for 12 hours, your pump pauses insulin delivery for inactivity!

Hey, so you can fix this easily! It's a setting within the pump that causes it to turn off due to inactivity (for safety reasons of course). You can head into options on your pump, select "My Pump," then select "Pump Alerts." From here you can change the "Auto-Off" setting to whatever you're comfortable with. I have it off. Good luck!

So exciting! I got the email saying I was accepted for the limited launch on 6/16, but I'm still waiting for the actual update. So far, the training isn't available for me on the portal. Fingers crossed it comes soon! I have a wedding next weekend and would love to be able to leave my pump under my dress 😅

I got the update got it all loaded up just to find out my S22 ultra isn't compatible but the Note 20 Ultra is. Same phone and same OS as the S22 but it won't let me use it on the S22 it really sucks I was very excited

My issue too! I got so excited and then discovered S22 ultra is too new for the bolus function. I sur hope they upgrade to add these phones soon! I did notice that when I bolus more than 25units it will prompt me to finish after the initial 25 units have been delivered. That's a nice new feature from the update.

Sarah you are great and funny. I just received my update unfortunately my Galaxy Note 10 is not compatible. So I will be going out to buy a new phone, but I love the new app on my phone.

this Tandem app is pure trash. all it does if it does connect is always loses connection with bluetooth. it is more headaches then it is worth.
