Those potatoes looked good the way you made them. You might also try baking them. All you have to do is put them on a flat sheet at ~375 degrees, and they go about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on how crispy you like them. It's really good.

I am kind of confused…I am from Germany and if the recipe says „one tablespoon“ we are just using a tablespoon for measuring and not those measuring cups.
