The added tongue length looks great for making turns without hitting the back of your truck, but how is it backing up? Does it make a difference?

The extra length does help with backing up quite a bit. The further the trailer axle is away from the truckmakes it easier. The tongue is long enough where I can turn the trailer about 90° without touching.
