Very nice Video and a lot of fun. I will be taking my second panorama cruise at Christmas time and my ninth cruise overall with the 16 day cruise to Hawaii next year. The panorama is a Wonderful ship and I have never ever had a terrible meal on board except that the biscuit at Shaq’s Chicken shack was a little bit dry. My fiancé and I tried the sushi bar on the radiance last month and it was just incredible sushi.

Yes I highly recommend the food tour! It wasn’t booked through Carnival though, it was done through Vallarta Food Tours. If you do it, request Joanna! (Or it might’ve been Joann)

My husband and I went on this cruise September of 2021 and I too got food poisoning in Mazatlan, that did not scare us off though as we will be going again in February and will be taking our son this trip. Glad you guys had fun!

Great video. We live in SoCal and have done multiple Mexican Riviera cruises. One reason we rarely get off the ship in Mazatlan anymore is we have gotten sick there multiple times. It’s literally the only port any of my family has gotten sick in. Sorry you got sick too. We usually stay on the ship that day and chill.

Thank you! It’s weird that we got sick because we didn’t eat anything in Mazatlan besides chips and salsa. We haven’t been able to figure out what it’s from.. oh well! That’s great to know in case I do that cruise again!

@@ItsSoSarah honestly it could be anything. They may have cleaned the chip and/or salsa bowl with tap water. It’s odd that only Mazatlan has done that to us. If we get off the ship at all, it’s just to browse the touristy outdoor market they have when you get off the tram.

It’s possible you guys had norovirus it’s very common On cruise ships, causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and usually last one to two days. Before Covid, norovirus was always the main health concern onboard cruise ships.

Awe I hope you have so much fun! And yes I think the formal nights were Sunday and Thursday. The white-out party we didn’t end up going to because it was at midnight I think on Thursday night. We brought all white clothes but it was in the comedy room, which made me assume that it was mostly teens/young 20s because earlier in the week they had a party in there and that was the crowd. It’s likely just a DJ & dancing in all white clothes!

That’s so fun! He will absolutely NOT be bored! It’s awesome because you download the app before you get on and once you’re on the ship, you’ll see ALL the activities they have scheduled. They have things from basketball knockout competitions, comedy shows, spa specials, musicals, trivia games, themed party nights, and so much more. It’s awesome because you can choose a thing to go to every hour if you want, or just lay by the pool. And there’s multiple pools! I think he will love it since there’s something for everyone!

The other thing I loved is all the food options. Most of them are included in the price you already paid, so you can get a little bit from each place if you want instead of getting a big meal at just one restaurant. Being on a cruise ship is truly so freeing!

I went on this cruise a couple of weeks ago. I can relate to you, I was sick almost the whole time. Ended up having a sinus infection. But it was still a lot of fun, except for that “show” they have that’s supposed to be classic rock. Instead, they all sit around in stools and take turns butchering rock songs by turning them into Broadway songs. All 8 of us who saw it hated it. Otherwise, it was all a fun time.

Food poising stinks I had it before I boarded a different Carnival ship in Long Beach and I'm sure it was the oyster appetizer at dinner the night before...totally empty for cruise time!
