Lol! that is crazy that her Doctor told her that every American who goes to India gets diarrhea. Well, I can happily report that five of us, Americans just got back from India two weeks ago and no diarrhea. We were there for three weeks and tried everything, ate everything and loved it. Yes, we were very careful to make sure we did not eat in a eatery that looked dirty from the outside because to us, that was an indication of how they handled their food preparation. Overall, loved India and we were in Delhi, Mumbai, Surat, and all over Punjab. Can't wait to go back
