Lmaooooo Dem's misery in the second practice was actually tragic. I felt soo bad for him 😭. As a yoga instructor, I witness this all the time with men, during power flows, where full-fledged bodybuilders have struggled. To Dem's comment, slower, more controlled, movements, are much more difficult because you're working every muscle group at a moderated pace, which increases sensation to strengthen and tone.
