I ordered mine from henry meds should be getting it soon, i also struggle with binging and hunger, 3 years ago my insurance covered semaglutide (wegovy)and i lost 70 pounds. I no longer felt hungry and the urge to binge, the food noise was completely gone. Tirzepatide seems to be better than semaglutide so i cant wait.

I’m on ZB as well. The lowest dose is effective. I also use lumen and it seems I need to be fasted for at least 16 hrs to see a 1 or 2. If I don’t sleep well or have other stress, then my fasted score could be as high as 4. Of course with GLP1s, a score of 4 or 5 after fasting could be due to delayed emptying. I hit the ground running and I’m doing my best to implement all the lifestyle changes so I can potentially wean myself off. Food noise is my main trigger.

amazing! So far the intermittent fasting and the lumen have been my biggest tools for maintaining off the meds. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't gained anything but I'm sure I still have medicine built up in my system.

I have been on it for 8 weeks and lost 17 pounds so far. I have only been on the 2.5. I have 3 weeks left in the bottle and not sure if I want to order another 8 weeks. I am kind of like you. I am scared to get off. Not sure what I am going to do.

I have been debating this decision for months, I have a very similar background to yours, after 2nd baby, I just could not lose any weight. I’m not obese, but am over the weight that I personally feel comfortable with. The bloating, puffy face all of it. I’m in my early 40’s so I know hormones are playing a role. I diet, exercise, stopped eating sweets, and even take diet pills or phentermine and nothing has worked. I think after seeing your feedback, I may do this. 🙏🏼♥️

I have no regrets! I'm so incredibly glad I did this if that helps. Best of luck!

Hey girl😀 5 weeks on compound Tirzepatide ,on 10units! I have NO side effects at all.. still crave food throughout the day.. I don’t get that “full” feeling! I’m doing all the things.. eating clean.. portion control.. working out.. I bet I need to increase my Units I’m sure, but I’m actually really nervous to because I’ve had no side effects! Not losing like I see others doing! Question! Is 10 units the equivalent of the 2.5 I hear about so much? So thinking I’ll increase a few Units in my syringe,, maybe to 12 or 15 units.. I almost feel like I’ve wasted my money for the last five weeks😕 Thoughts??? Thanks!!!
@MadisonLoethen2 ай бұрын
Deff talk to your provider! For me and my pharmacy - 2.5 was 25 units. Different pharmacies have different concentrations though. I got mine from Red Rock and Hallandale if that helps.

Week 4 hit different for me. I didn’t increase the dose, I did I take my dose 5 days instead of 7.

Been on 7.5 using only half dosage for 6 weeks. Slow losing the weight, only 5kg so far but found I’m struggling to eat on that dosage. Will stay on it until my goal loss of 12kg more then I will wean to 1/4 dosage until I’m satisfied I can keep it off. It is scary to think about not taking it now. Love the no cravings plus it won’t let me have sugar as it makes me feel so sick. I’m in Australia by the way! That’s for your journey 🙏❤️

Hi, just found your channel! I am on Zepbound, 6 pounds to go to goal weight, but all my numbers are in the green zones now, I also use Lumen, i havent blown in it for while so now Im re-charging because Im curious … i plan to be on this medication for life since I have chronic obesity, and I know thatbecause of the constant food chater, binging and constant weight gain…
@MadisonLoethen2 ай бұрын
O so interesting to hear from another Lumen user! Do you do intermittent fasting with it or do you still blow green right when you wake up regardless?

@@MadisonLoethen I’ve been doing IF for 5 years now, it just works for my body! I was curious and used it this morning and blew a 1, after breakfast (high protein) blew a 2, I have had a complete mind shift , from a couch potato to high protein diet, walking every day and pilates and strength training 3 times a week for one hour, IF and I feel my body getting stronger and more flexible every day.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 you’ll be back!!! I was on last year, and lost 33lbs on 2.5mg, and gained it all back +2lbs in a year. I have been changed my diet and exercise. Once you start these medication, they increase your fat cells. You can look this up for yourself on any medical journal, and you usually gain back even more weight because now you have more fat cells, even if you died an exercise. You’ll be back 😂❤
@bevbot12 ай бұрын
They do not increase fat cells, its because you didn't change your habits while on the medication. So when you stop without good habits in place - you will go back to eating excess calories and unhealthy foods. Stop spreading misinformation.

Congratulations Madison. You look fantastic. I just started yesterday. I've noticed a decrease in appetite already. A little gas, but no other side effects. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance ( aka metabolic syndrome). I'm hoping this can assist with insulin resistance. I have about 35 lbs to loose. I tried diet changes, walk an hour a day, and do 60-90 minutes of resistance training 6-7 days a week.
