Postpartum depression can even last years past birth not only for the 6 weeks or year after birth many other mothers have said this that’s how I know it is hard for sure :( I have been struggling super hard and I feel like I’m crazy 😢 you’re so amazing Maddie stay strong love u!! After having children the best method I found to kind of snap out of baby body mode was an intermittent fasting / keto kind of a food/drink change. It helps you recover pretty fast and gives you a lot of energy back! I wish I knew about it sooner so I thought I’d share it with you, congrats on your newborn little boy!!!!
