Taking out Airbox Baffle On My Triumph T100 EFI

Welcom Back! This one was actually filmed a while back in 2023 but only got around to editing it recently. I'll be aiming to be more consistent throughout 2024 (hopefully) so stick around as I'll be going through everything I get up to on my bike. One thing to note is I'm no professional (as you will see) but just you're average biker who likes to mess around and have fun with bikes.
Today we are taking out the airbox baffle on my Triumph Bonneville T100 EFI. Reasons for doing this is to potentially increase the amount of air flow and accomodate the new tune, that'll I'll hopefully be using, to increase the overall performance of the bike.

Did you ever get to the bottom of why it was running rich? I've got a T100 with Arrow exhausts same as you and its running really rich. Not yet decided what to do about it.

I think it's because of how they make them straight out the factory trying to cater for emissions. My plan is to do the O2 sensor delete, TTP Breathe HiFlo cover, DNA High Flow Filter, SAI delete and OBD-2 cable. All in prep for the triumph twin power stage one. I've already done the air filter, and got the 02 sensor delete kit but i feel like the main issue is that Secondary Air Injection (SIA) causing most of the problem. What seems to be a cheaper option possibly is the Fuel Booster Plug from tecbikeparts. Seen some decent reviews on them helping to smoothen out the overall ride and richness
