You can't get banned from Social Club. If you get banned from GTA Online, that doesn't mean you will get banned in RDO too. Also if you got banned on PC, that doesn't mean your console accounts that are linked to the same Social Club will get banned too xD

Okay, so, the guy is not in god mode, he is in a state commonly called “Demi god mode” where the health regen is buffed to infinity instead of preventing damage. So a one hit kill will still kill but other damages won’t have affect TLDR: use marksman and prey for headshots when fighting against demi god mode users

It's no stress at all, counter with your own mods. You get Host for the lobby, then if someone cheats you can boot them and they can't rejoin. Then you can place them on a list which makes it impossible for them to join you ever again.
