1:12 is actually a good thing and taking candy away from a baby is the most responsible thing as not only is it a choking hazard to the baby but depending on the ingredients can actually be very dangerous and negatively affect the development of the baby as their bodies may not be able to process it well, leading to either death or extreme illness. The way to actually make it evil is by giving the baby candy, probably something hard like a sucker or something that is really sticky so it gets stuck in the baby's airways and suffocates.
