As a Shang player (Not a pro like PV GAMING @ CATFISH), I want share some info regarding Shang - 1) Shang has best range but his attacks are slow (except basic kicks & shadow down attack) 2) In mid ranked matches, opponents will get hit by your combos because of long range and you will win easily. 3) Once, you go in high ranked, people starts to passively (which can create a little bit difficulty as a slow attack character than others) 4) I don't like to say but - You have to play passively (very passively). It becomes prediction and patience game with Shang. 5) Try to use basic attack cancel to keep the opponent away from you. You can use down attack cancel also to confuse the opponent (you won't be called as basic spam ka choda). 6) Once, you grab him with soul grip, you use basic kick cancel and then do whirlwind attack (It looks cool in my perspective and gives a little damage). 7) I won't recommend you to use up attack (if your predictions are very good, then you can use it. But in high ranked, opponent won't use jump kick that much (you can use up attack to keep away the opponent when he is near to you, use it very carefully). 8) Azuma will be a big problem for you. Other counter characters can get handled by smart gameplay. 9) Lynx long claws talent and bombs are very dangerous. At 1:40, he had a chance of corner combo (high damager), but he chose to use normal shadow attack. You were finished if he decides to use corner combo. 9) Remember one thing - PATIENCE is must. Even opponent is calling you camper, ignore it because they are not playing Shang in high ranked. They don't know how to play with him. ALL THE BEST ! Le me - Bc mere jaato mai khujli ho rahi. May month khatam hone ke baad Shang se top karne ka try karunga.
