6:23, yes that was an engine change at Albany. They changed from a dule mode locomotive to a regular diesel locomotive. Diesel locomotives are not allowed in NYC Penn Station due to the fumes, so Amtrak has a locomotive that switches to third rail electric power when underground at Penn.
