That dirt was tricky, since it was all silt which meant stopping on +500lbs meant sinking

Was the front and back suspension travel was enough when speeding over cracks and jumps? Asking as considering this biker over adventure bikes due to weight factor.
@britishcustoms Жыл бұрын
Yes except we would bottom out here and there but it’s stock suspension on a bike over 500lbs. Ultimately it’d be on the rider too and how smooth of a transition they can land on. We’re sure it’d be better with upgraded front and rear suspension as well.

Do you have the Shotgun Slip On exhaust installed?

Yes, Shotgun Slip On exhausts are installed on this bike

What tires were you using? I took my scrambler out to there and the back tire just kept sliding out. It was so nerve racking riding it off road mainly because I did not want to drop it. I am a beginner off-road rider though.
@britishcustoms3 жыл бұрын
We were using Continental TKC80. it'll always boil down to rider skills while the bike is just a tool to help you achieve that. With more miles on the dirt, you'll notice your riding style start to change from how it is on the pavement and you'll just naturally get better and better.

@@britishcustoms thank you for the response. I've been riding for over a decade on pavement, mainly on sportbikes. I've put countless miles on the bikes I've owned, so I figured riding a bike off-road wouldn't be much different but I was wrong. It's a completely different feeling being off-road on a bike than it is on pavement. It is still definitely very fun though, I just need more practice.
