Wo Lalit ka chef sahi bola, ke har jaga pe har koi bahot spicy food nahi khate. Upar se Bharat jaise garmi weather wale desh mein spicy food har waqt achcha nahi hota health ke liye. Spice body temperature bada deta hain, isliye thaand ke jaga pe log spicy jeyada khate hain. Aur bachche specially jeyada spice nahi khaa pate ( have exception always).
