Thanks Dan, Joe and Zach for shining light on missionary aviation. Close to my heart as a missionary in Uganda 14 years and as a son of a pilot and friend to MAF and their staff here. Aviation is indispensable to our work here where our fastest avg. road travel speed is 30 mph. Blessings!

Hats off to Zach and missionary bush pilots like him. Kingdom Air Corps are very nice people and easy to communicate with. BTW - Joe Casey is my new hero!!! :) He really knows his stuff and explains it so well.

This is so awesome. Dwayne was a member of our church Antrim BIC here in PA, saw him speak again last year. He works on some planes while he was here during CV-19.

I never thought how aviation can impact missionary work at remote parts of the world. I came across an organization that distributes bibles and they were using small airplanes and were looking into using technology to do this more efficiently. The passion of the two gentlemen have on their work and the commitment to the work of God is very inspiring. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Awesome show and great guests! Thanks for showcasing missionary aviation! Many ways for us to serve. I’m similar age as you but recently found a way to make young people aware of mission aviation thru Young Eagles flights. Moody Aviation is the school I try to ambassador for but there are many others. Mission Aviation Fellowship will have a big tent at Oshkosh this year for anyone interested. Thanks much. Great video Dan, I always like it when you bring Joe in as well. I think "Missionary Bush Pilot" sells that slice of aviation just like Trent Palmer sells Kitfox...

Thanks for bringing us this story. Great food for thought. There are many opportunities here in the U.S. both Christian and secular. Angel Flight is one example. Operation Air Drop during times of weather-related emergencies (Their leadership would be a great show - how that organization came about.) is another good organization. It stands up and shuts down as needed.

Supporting overseas missions by prepositioning aircraft and supplies, doing annual inspections, raising funds, etc. can be done and is done in the Midwest all the time.

I’m 33 and just earned my private certificate. I felt the call at 32 and started working toward mission aviation. It seems like I’m the “old man” everywhere I go for training. I’m married with 3 children and another on the way. Not sure how to pay for everything, but I’m confident that God will provide.

Being a Christian shouldnt be a prerequisite to being able to do this, as long as you have the desire to help people you should still be able to be accepted at these colleges, but i reckon you are not.. Your beliefs shouldn't be part of the process that is not pollically correct, just as long as you are a nice person.
