In this video, I will explain the Takisawa TT 2100G.
TAKISAWA's parallel twin-spindle CNC lathe is a CNC lathe with two spindles oriented to the front and arranged in parallel each other.In machining, the spindles can be controlled individually.The CM standard allows for the integration of workpiece operations, including both turning and milling.It can meet high-productivity requirements by creating different automation processes, such as simultaneous front and back machining, symmetric machining, and full-automatic machining, by utilising TAKISAWA's original gantry loader with turnover unit.
Takisawa's TT-2100G with gantry, twin spindle, and turret is exceptionally precise and prolific.The TT-2100G is a parallel twin-spindle lathe with a high-speed gantry loader as standard, allowing for high-accuracy and mass-production machining.The low-central-height construction with a low gravity centre offers both steady cutting and fast loader transfer, resulting in great efficiency and output.
Now, let's get to know the features of the machine.Using a dedicated button, you can easily manage processes.Measurement administration is simple.The tank bed construction of the bed helps reduce temperature displacement to a minimum all day.To achieve long-term stable machining with great precision, wide rectangular slideways are employed in the X-Z-axes sliding surfaces.For high precision spindles on the headstock, there are two types of specifications: "6" chuck specification and ''8” chuck specification," which are paired with FANUC's high performance spindle motors to deliver exceptional performance.
Standard 10-station turrets are 12-station turrets for multiple operations and a 10-station milling turret for milling processes are available as options.Energy saving and eco-friendly system.Power usage is being reduced.The use of an oil-water separator extends the life of the coolant.Non-production time, such as setup work, is reduced by installing convenient and simple-to-use software for operators.
The transfer turnover unit comes standard as well.The equipment enables front and back machining at the same time.At the top of each spindle, displaying peak performance.Even the space efficiency is noticeable when compared to joining two one-spindle lathes with a reversing mechanism placed between them.Start the machine by pressing the button to the right or left.Only the side with the indicator lamp turned on can be used.The equipment cannot be used if both bulbs are turned off.Simple operation thanks to the integration of right and left machine information!Simple loader instruction using a guide diagram!
